Receivables is the module for producing Customer Statements, Aged Reports and Customer Audit reports. Integrating with the modules Contacts, Cash, and Invoices or ConNote; Receivables gathers the data it needs for its reports. It includes tools to automatically choose between emailing and printing, according to customer settings.

A Clear Record
Facilitate clear record keeping in the modern world where documents are emailed. Have copies of documents sent to an organisation's primary email address when issued.
Receivables Summary
Lists customers with an outstanding balance, as at the nominated date. Shows total owing and the aged breakdown of the account. If the Accounting module present, compares the General Ledger Accounts Receivable balance to total owing according to the list of customers.
Receivables Detailed
Lists customers and all invoices with a balance owing, as at the nominated date. Shows the aged breakdown of the invoices. If the Accounting module present, compares the General Ledger Accounts Receivable balance to total owing according to the list of invoices.
Transaction List
Lists transactions per customer, including balance b/f and closing balance, within the nominated date range and customer range. Has the option to include open invoices.
Invoice/Transaction Audit Report
Lists customer invoices with line-item detail, matching the receipts to the invoice items, within the nominated date range and customer range.
