In every organisation, there’s always that one process that doesn’t quite fit the system – a checklist that lives in Excel, a form that still gets printed, or a report that relies on email attachments. With Custom Forms, clients can design their own digital forms to capture exactly the data they need, whether from the field or in the office. Once published, these forms appear automatically in the mobile app for your organisation’s software package, ready for users to complete and submit.
As the forms are stored securely within your organisation’s environment, they’re only available to authorised users – such as employees or subcontractors. For additional granularity, forms can also be made available only to specific user groups. This provides peace of mind that any sensitive data is not exposed, as well as confidence that your forms are only submitted by the target audience.
Our existing clients use Custom Forms to replace paper-based workflows including time sheets, fitness for work declarations, and demurrage claims & approvals. Other use cases we’ve thought of could include site inductions, toolbox talk attendance, load inspection… the list goes on! Each form submission is stored in your system, ready for emailing or printing using the built-in reporting tool.
